CODE OF CONDUCT
Animals League is about having a good time and making good friends.
We keep it PG-13 in lobby and at tourney tables.
NO CUSSING, DRAMA, OR NITPICKING WITH OTHERS.
NO LEWD REMARKS.
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CHEATING.
WE ARE ANIMALS AND SNIFF CHEATS OUT!

NICE GUY RULE:
If you have nothing nice to say, say nothing at all.   If you are unhappy with your partner's play, please keep it to yourself.   Comments that question your partner's play or degrade them are not acceptable.   Good sportsmanship is expected at all times!!

Criticizing your partners play, cussing, lewd remarks, or abusive behavior towards members or staff in lobby, at tables or in private messages (IM or e-mail) will not be tolerated.   Member will be warned and/or boxed depending upon the severity of the offense.   This will be decided by Admin vote.

WARNINGS AND BOXING:
An official WARNING is a warning issued to a member by Admin through e-mail as a result of breaking rules or Code of Conduct.   Copy of e-mail will be sent to all Admin., HTD, and TD.   Multiple warnings may result in Boxing or Banning from the league at the descretion of Admin.

BOXING is when a member is blocked from tourney play for a specific amount of time which is set by Admin vote.   During the Boxing period the member is not allowed at tourney tables or league game tables.   Violation of this restriction will result in more Boxing time.   Multiple Boxings may result in being banned from the league at the descretion of Admin.

BANN:
A Banning is when a member is kicked from the Animals League for multiple warnings and/or boxings for breaking the rules or Code of Conduct.   This decision is made by a majority vote in Administration.   If banned, the member may request reinstatement after a 2 month period.   These requests will be reviewed by league Admin.   Member may or maynot be required to join this meeting.   Decision will be made by majority vote of Administration.

CHEATING:
Cheating of any kind will not be tolerated in Animals League!!!   Cheating will result in an immediate removal and Bann from the league for life.   When a member is banned from the league for life their IP address is blocked from rejoining.   Under no circumstances will a member that has been banned for proven cheating be considered for reinstatement.

No private messaging of your partner during a game is allowed.

Throwing (losing) a game on purpose is considered cheating.

You may not partner with another person who lives in the same household.   You may partner with family members who do not live with you.

DRAMA:
Drama in lobby and at tourney tables is strongly discouraged.

??WHAT IS DRAMA??:   Personal disputes;  arguing with staff, members or non-members;  racial, political, or other inflammatory conversation and gossip that is hurtful to others and to the league.  Leave your "soap box" and personal problems outside the door.   Excessive drama which disrupts league and tourney play will result in warnings and/or boxing.

When non-leaguers are causing disruption in lobby it is league policy to put those persons on ignore.   League members should not respond to, argue with or enter into any drama in lobby with non-league members.   Admin, HTD or TD will request that members "iggy" and not respond to trouble makers.   Refusal of league members to comply with this request will result in a Warning or Boxing.
